The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 1 working day of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. Photographic evidence will be required. If the Buyer fails to do so they shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. All electrical products are covered by a manufacturers 12 month warranty. This covers any failure which occurs under normal use. If a fault occurs please contact us immediately by email or post explaining the nature of the problem. Do not return any product until a case reference number has been allocated for safe and secure tracking. Damage as the result of wilfull misuse or abuse of the product will not be covered under the warranty or returns policy. We will endeavour to process returns within 7 working days.
